- Thumb centered behind neck
- Index close to fret wire
- Elbow slightly forward
- Light pressure first, then add
Mini-Barres
- 2-string barre (B & high E)
- 3-string barre (G–B–E)
- Check each string rings
Daily Drill
- 10s hold — 5s rest × 5
- Slow strums F and Bm
- Transition F ↔ C, Bm ↔ D
Troubleshooting
- Buzz on B string → roll index slightly toward thumb
- Tired forearm → relax grip, micro-breaks every 30s
- Muffled high E → move index closer to fret
